Job summary

Ignition Driver Recruitment is seeking a Transport Supervisor to join our client based in Lutterworth. You will lead the transport team in a fast-paced logistics operation, ensuring on-time departures, accurate driver paperwork, and updated delivery schedules. Strong communication and IT skills are essential.

You will mentor staff, manage performance and discipline, and drive continuous improvement while upholding a health-and-safety focused culture. UK residency is required for this role.

Shifts:18:00-6:00, 4 on 4 off

Transport knowledge is essential, as you will be working in a busy transport office, and the role will include: Leading the Transport Team, ensuring all duties are undertaken:

• Ensuring on-time departure and exception reporting
• Checking driver paperwork
• Updating delivery schedulesManaging the workforce with:
• Performance & output
• Disciplinary procedures
• Mentoring & Engagement
• Staff development

You will play a key role in ensuring continuous improvement and always encouraging the company culture.

What You Need:

• You will have experience in a fast-paced logistics operation
