Transport Supervisor - Newbury

£34,000 | Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 48 per week (6 out of 7 days) Start time: 5:00am (with flexibility)

The role

Join our transport team in Newbury as a hands-on leader who keeps things moving. You’ll:

• Lead and manage a team of drivers
• Oversee people tasks (return-to-work meetings, recruitment support, probation reviews, investigations)
• Ensure fleet maintenance, servicing, cleaning, and damage reporting
• Cover driving shifts when needed (sickness/holidays)
• Work from home once drivers are out — supporting them and solving issues
• Start early (around 5:00am) with some flexibility
