You'll be on the front line, ensuring every job runs like clockwork. From daily routing and dispatching to problem-solving and port coordination, you'll be essential in delivering fast, reliable transport services.

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Managing and executing Day 1 tasks: checking, routing, and troubleshooting
2. Dispatching trucks for Day 1 and Day 2 operations
3. Coordinating with port expeditors and supervisors to ensure precise job execution
4. Supporting Day 2 planning and scheduling
5. Handling driver instructions, notes, and parking arrangements
6. Collaborating with Customer Service and HR teams on operational matters

Experience with TOPS is a strong advantage.
