Job summary

Musgrave Retail Partners NI Limited is seeking a Site Lead at our Dargan Site to support and assist the Transport Line Manager in organising and managing the transport function. The role focuses on staff and fleet coordination to ensure efficient, compliant operations and on-time deliveries across the region.

Ideal candidates will have OLAT certification, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of transport operations and vehicle maintenance.

Qualifications

• OLAT Certification is required.
• Proficient in MS Office and data entry.
• Experience in retail/foodservice distribution is desirable but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of transport operations and vehicle maintenance is essential.
• Understanding of financials related to transport operations.

Responsibilities

• Support Transport Line Manager to organise and manage day-to-day transport operations.
• Maintain communication with customers, drivers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with fleet maintenance and driver hours requirements.
• Maximise fleet utilisation and drive route efficiency.
• Roster drivers and monitor fuel efficiency through audits.
