Pay Rate: £38,000
Grade: RCS M
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Tuesday to Saturday working 6am-2pm (must be flexible to cover where needed)
Location: EH54 8AS - Livingston

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Accountable for the delivery of all aspects of the shift operation ensuring the delivery of efficient & customer focussed service
• Ensure colleagues are managed effectively to achieve all required standards of operational performance
• Managing transport resources to ensure safe & legal operations, enforce walk around inspections, load security and gatehouse checks
• Conduct effective shift briefs and performance dialogues
• Supporting the achievement of all operational & financial KPI's
• Manage Driver performance/behaviours through Telematics to identify any major discrepancies and manage through the appropriate processes

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Must have previous experience within a management role
• Must have previous experience within a transport environment
• Previous experience within legal compliance for transport
• Strong communications skills
