Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is recruiting a Transport Shift Manager to oversee daily transport operations at our Stoke-on-Trent site. You will lead a dynamic team, shaping strategies to ensure reliable deliveries and safe working practices throughout the network.

Join a busy logistics operation with opportunities to optimise performance, mentor staff and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement while working any 5 out of 7 shifts between 05:30 and 17:00.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a transport/logistics environment.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills to manage daily transport operations.
• Practical, proactive approach to safety, compliance and efficiency.
