Pay Rate: £25,235
Grade: O
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, 0800 - 1600
Location: Stoke on Trent, ST4 4EX

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Transport Resource Planner to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

  • Support the Transport Planners to deliver an efficient and cost effective plan.
  • Liaising with Drivers and Customers.
  • Creating and updating reports.
  • Effectively solving any queries and/or problems with deliveries.
  • Regularly keeping the Transport plan up to date.
  • Ad Hoc Administrative duties.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

  • Strong Administrative and Customer Service Skills.
  • Transport experience - Essential
  • Transport office experience is advantageous for this role.
  • A good UK Geographical knowledge.
  • IT proficient, transport system knowledge highly desired.
  • Computer Literacy.
