DHL Supply Chain in Wellesbourne is seeking a Transport Planning First Line Manager to help shape a brand-new start-up operation from the ground up. This full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract role is based at Wellesbourne (CV35 9JY) with Monday–Friday office hours.

You will maintain and plan all transport activities, drive cost-effective inbound processes, and line-manage two colleagues while directly handling customer relationships and ensuring regulatory compliance.

• A strategic and analytical individual who strives to deliver the best possible results
• Previous experience in a similar role – desirable

• Maintaining and planning all transport activities
