We’re looking for

A Transport Planner to work Monday to Friday at our site in Evesham, Worcestershire, on a 12 noon-9 pm shift.

You’ll plan resources against the plan and serve as the touchpoint between the warehouse and transport for the current and following shift.

Pay, benefits and more:

We offer a salary of up to £34,000 per annum. Benefits include 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), the option to buy additional days, high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, workplace pension, and more.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
  • Review warehouse loading targets to ensure products are loaded in line with planned deliveries and that drivers are dispatched efficiently.
  • Maintain excellent customer service and stakeholder relationships.
  • Ensure all activities comply with legislative and XPO Health and Safety requirements, raising concerns as needed.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, developing creative solutions for complex problems.
What you need to succeed at XPO:
  • Experience in a busy transport office environment.
  • Strong communication skills to work with stakeholders across the network.
  • Previous transport experience is essential.
  • Experience with Excel and SAP is desirable.
