What you’ll do:

  1. Plan all inbound trailers for efficient processing
  2. Manage damaged goods and items on hold, including reboxing
  3. Handle calls and emails from internal and external customers, ensuring prompt and professional communication
  4. Complete and send daily/weekly reports and prepare paperwork for outbound loads
  5. Liaise with other departments daily to keep operations running smoothly
  6. Maintain weekly production files in line with operations
  7. Support the team with additional duties as needed
