Job summary

Vivid Resourcing is seeking a Transport Planner to join their development planning team in Manchester. The role focuses on delivering Transport Assessments, Statements and Travel Plans across residential, commercial and mixed-use projects with a strong client-facing and collaborative approach.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in transport planning within a consultancy, experience with TRICS/TEMPro, and proficiency in Junctions 9/ARCADY/PICADY/LinSig.

Qualifications

• Experience in development planning within a consultancy environment.
• Proven ability to produce Transport Assessments, Transport Statements and Travel Plans.
• Knowledge of Junctions 9, ARCADY, PICADY and LinSig.
• Understanding of UK planning and development processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver development planning projects from feasibility to planning submission and determination.
• Prepare Transport Assessments, Transport Statements and Travel Plans.
• Undertake development-related transport analysis and assessments.
• Liaise with clients and Local Authorities; manage multiple projects.
