Diverse Talent Solutions Ltd is seeking a transport operator to join a growing UK logistics team. The role involves daily transport plan management, coordinating routes and drivers for up to 50 vehicles, and ensuring SLA commitments are met across a national network.

You'll work with drivers face-to-face and by phone, liaise with sub-contractors, ports and clients, and use TOPS software to keep operations running smoothly. Training will be provided in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport operations and planning.
• Excellent knowledge of UK geography and routes.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet client deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of the transport plan and SLA requirements.
• Plan routes and drivers for up to 50 vehicles daily.
• Communicate with port, sub-contractors and clients to ensure timely deliveries.
• Use TOPS system daily and maintain accurate records.
