Job Description

1. Planning and coordinating transport schedules to meet operational requirements.
2. Optimising routes and resources to improve cost-effectiveness and service delivery.
3. Ensuring compliance with transport regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
4. Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to streamline operations.
5. Monitoring performance data and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Resolving logistical challenges and responding to changing operational needs.

The Successful Applicant

1. Experience in transport planning or logistics, ideally within the aviation, freight, or fast-paced industries.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimise transport operations.
3. Knowledge of transport regulations and compliance requirements.
4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
5. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
6. Proficiency in transport management systems (TMS) or logistics software is advantageous.
