Responsibilities

• Plan and produce daily transport schedules in a cost-effective manner.
• Build relationships with sub-contractor partners.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date transport records.
• Conduct driver debriefs and follow up on CAPAs including root-cause analysis.
• Support the export delivery planning process.
• Provide admin support to internal teams and external customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service across all touchpoints.
• Commit to ongoing personal and professional development.
• Carry out additional tasks as directed by management.

About the Role
