• Arrange UK, European, and international shipments using approved carriers

• Monitor and support key performance indicators such as OTIF
• Manage logistics-related complaints and provide customer responses
• Raise haulier purchase orders and resolve payment queries

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar transport or logistics planning role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High attention to detail with excellent organisational and analytical abilities
• Ability to adapt and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with M3 ERP system is advantageous (training will be provided)
