Job Title: Transport Planner (Permanent, Onsite)

Salary: £35,000

Overview: An experienced Transport Planner is required to play a pivotal role within the supply chain area of a highly respected FMCG business. Responsibilities:

• Ensuring all UK, European, and worldwide transportation is ordered in line with business hauliers
• Creating all dispatch documentation for the warehouse aligned with customer and business requirements
• Daily communication with hauliers and 3PL warehouses to ensure timely order pickup and delivery
• Supporting and managing export documentation processes with relevant departments
• Requesting haulier quotations to obtain competitive prices
