Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our client in Mallusk to recruit a Transport Administrator to join their team. This is a fixed term contract for 12 months.
Duties:
Planning deliveries and collections for a team of local drivers.
Creation of load lists for next morning deliveries.
Monitoring of driver's collection notes ensuring accuracy.
Ensuring all contracts for deliveries are signed and received in a timely fashion.
Liaise and communicate with other departments.
Communicate with customers regarding delivery and collection requirements.
General transport administrative duties.
What you'll need:
Previous experience in an administration role.
Strong communication and organisation skills.
The ability to work under pressure in a busy fast-paced office.
Attention to detail.
Excellent IT skills.
Customer-focused attitude with excellent telephone etiquette.
