Job Opportunity: Transport Planner

Our well-established client is seeking ambitious and collaborative Transport Planners with a minimum of 3+ years' relevant UK industry experience. The successful candidate will play a significant role in their transport planning team, based in Fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Transport Assessments and Transport Statements
• Preparation and coordination of Travel Plans
• Preparation and presentation of technical data and drawings
• Undertaking junction capacity assessments using ARCADY, PICADY, and LINSIG
• Liaison with clients, contractors, and local/national authorities
• Ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery of tasks
• Checking quality and accuracy of work by junior team members
• Supporting team members' technical development
• Assisting in delivering advice on Highways & Transport matters
• Conducting site appraisals, designing surveys, and contributing to reports and presentations
• Maintaining project documentation
• Supporting other tasks as assigned

Candidate Specifications:

• Degree in Transport Planning, Geography, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Over 3 years of UK Transport Planning experience
• Membership of Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD (desirable)
