Job description

We are seeking a well-organised and self-motivated individual with a passion for transport planning and an interest in the recycling industry.

This role involves planning and managing a designated region of our commercial vehicle fleet, working towards defined transport budgets and targets.

Based in Daventry, the successful candidate will be part of a close-knit team and report to a knowledgeable Transport Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce and deliver daily fleet schedules by depot.
  • Review and develop work volumes and fleet resource requirements.
  • Liaise with depot operations management.
  • Assist with operational duties and problem solving.
  • Provide professional service to ensure order fulfillment and excellent customer service.
  • Report to the Transport Supervisor and Office Managers.
  • Perform other duties as required by the company.
  • Comply with company policies related to Conduct, Environment, Health & Safety, and Community.
