An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Transport Planner to ensure the efficient operation of their vehicle fleet. As a Transport Planner, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our vehicle fleet. Your responsibilities include scheduling repairs and maintenance, managing fleet paperwork for hazardous and non-hazardous waste, and supporting day-to-day logistics.
We’re looking for someone who thrives under pressure, possesses excellent IT and numeracy skills, and ideally has at least two years' experience managing a fleet of 10+ HGVs, including artics, hooklifts, and tankers.
The transport office operates between 6:30am - 5pm. Your working day will be 8.5 hours with a 30-minute lunch. Initial hours are 7:30am - 4pm, with flexibility for holiday cover and possible overtime.
