What you'll be doing
  • Supporting senior colleagues in delivering transport assessments, statements, and travel plans.
  • Using specialist software (such as Junctions, LinSig, TRICS) to model and analyse transport impacts.
  • Producing clear, high-quality technical reports that form the backbone of planning submissions.
  • Collaborating with local authorities, developers, and multi-disciplinary design teams to move projects forward.
  • Growing your expertise in transport policy, planning, and design standards.
What you'll bring
  • 2-4 years' experience in transport planning, ideally within consultancy or local authority.
  • A strong grasp of UK planning processes and transport policy.
  • Proficiency in key transport modelling and analysis software.
