Overview

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week (flexible working required to meet the needs of a demanding client).

Workplace: Chelmsford

Salary: 30,000 plus commission

Company Car: Available

Reports to: Contract Manager

Scope: To provide client support with booking & managing flexible worker resources across sites aligned to their area.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver operational support to all sites aligned with the branch resources, including timely bookings in line with service level agreements.
  2. Support the contract manager with forward planning.
  3. Maintain close relationships with driving staff across locations using available tools.
  4. Ensure 100% compliance with recruitment vetting standards.
  5. Maintain best practices as outlined by the business.
  6. Adhere to minimum standards for booking & management processes.
  7. Follow correct onboarding procedures.
  8. Manage systems such as online portals, Job Matching, and Joined Up.
  9. Support the manager to achieve 100% compliance audit ratings.
  10. Assist with the rollout of internal initiatives/projects.
  11. Act as the initial contact for HR-related matters and communicate promptly.
  12. Support onsite colleagues with worker issues related to pay, holiday, sickness, attendance, etc.
  13. Meet all personal objectives.
  14. Escalate operational issues to the contract manager promptly.
  15. Maintain high levels of communication with clients, workers, and management.
  16. Ensure payroll deadlines are met, managing information flow between client and internal departments.
