Job summary

Superdrug is hiring for a transport administrator in a fast-paced environment. You will briefing driving teams, manage store instructions, and coordinate with multiple departments to keep operations smooth.

Requirements include 12 months of transport admin or operator experience, familiarity with Telematics or TMS, and a strong focus on accuracy and safety. Includes 40-hour week with a 4x10 rota and a fixed-term contract through 31 December 2026.

Qualifications

• 1 year of admin/operational experience in transport is essential.
• Experience with Telematics or Transport Management Systems is a plus.
• Attention to detail and safety awareness are required.
• Flexible to perform other transport duties as directed by manager.
• Strong time management and teamwork skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Briefing and debriefing driving teams to communicate vital information.
• Prepare store bags and update store instructions.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure vehicles and trailers are road legal per defect processes.
• Be first point of contact for driving teams on delays or incidents.
• Assist breakdowns and recoveries with maintenance services.
• Support scheduling changes and communicate with stores.
• Provide holiday/absence coverage for transport functions.
