Responsibilities

• Provide first line supervision to a team of 40-50 drivers and passenger attendants.
• Monitor sickness absence and support attendance management.
• Lead recruitment for Drivers and Passenger Attendants.
• Identify and deliver training and maintain training records.
• Investigate complaints and vehicle damage.
