Job summary

WR Logistics is seeking an experienced Transport Operations Manager to lead a large transport operation and drive performance. You will coach a team of 30+ drivers and staff, owning cost, service, productivity and compliance while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

The role requires a hands-on leader with strong knowledge of transport regulation and fleet operations, delivering excellent service in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
