Responsibilities

• Analyse data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver operating standards and ways of working across all shift areas.
• Use Transport systems to optimise routines and efficiencies.
• Deliver transport improvement plans and build capability where needed.
• Lead and coach the distribution centre team to meet KPIs and budgets.
• Plan resources to ensure shifts are staffed effectively.
• Ensure compliance with the Business Code of Conduct and Data Protection Law.
