Transport Operations Coordinator

Location: Deeside

Pay: £13.42 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00am – 8.00pm

Contract: Temp to Perm

Role Overview

We are recruiting staff to join a busy international courier operation in Deeside. This is a fast-paced role supporting transport and warehouse teams, ensuring consignments move efficiently and customer expectations are met.

Key Duties
  • Monitor consignments and update tracking systems
  • Liaise with drivers, depots and customer service teams
  • Process manifests, labels and customs paperwork
  • Allocate jobs and support route planning
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Candidate Profile

At least 1 year’s experience in transport, logistics or courier operations

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Confident IT user

Calm under pressure with good attention to detail

Reliable, flexible and a strong team player
