Job description

Working Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 08:00 - 16:00

Transport Operations Clerks are responsible for the administration of the Transport department, including operational activities and supporting warehouse administration as needed. Flexibility is important, as duties may vary daily.

Your responsibilities will include providing drivers with paperwork, supporting route departures, gathering Tachograph reports, debriefing drivers, and assisting with any challenges that arise, making you an essential part of the Transport Operations Team.

Ideal candidates will have experience with HGV drivers or similar transport roles, but transferable skills will also be considered.

  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt in a changing environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • GCSE Maths and English grade C or above (or equivalent)

Desirable: Data Entry / Administrative experience (transferable skills considered)
