Transport Office Administrator – Day Shift (ongoing agency)
Erdington, Birmingham
£28,000 per annum (hourly rate equivalent)
Day Shifts: 7am–3pm | 8am–4pm | 9am–5pm (to be discussed at interview)

Are you organised, reliable, and ready to be part of a fast-paced transport environment? We’re looking for a Transport Office Administrator to join our clients team in Erdington, supporting the smooth running of daily logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with daily transport planning and scheduling
- Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support compliance with transport regulations and internal procedures
- Manage uniform and PPE
- Take notes in meetings

What We’re Looking For:

- Ideally, previous experience in a transport office environment
- Alternatively, a stable and solid work history in an administrative or operational role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident using IT systems and handling paperwork
