GXO Logistics, Inc. is recruiting for a Transport Manager in Avonmouth on a full-time, permanent basis. The role includes managing the depot's transport operations, ensuring compliance with driver and vehicle legislation, and meeting customer and company needs.

The position offers a 4 on 4 off shift pattern from 18:00-06:00 with a salary up to £51,000 inc. night shift allowance, 23 days’ annual leave, pension, private medical and dental insurance, GP access, life assurance and an Employee

Qualifications

• Holder of an International CPC is essential.
• Demonstrable experience managing a large multi-temperature transport operation in a 3PL environment.
• Up-to-date knowledge of Working Time Directive and transport legislation.
• Experience of continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives is desirable.

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Transport Manager to join our team on the Coop contract in Avonmouth. You will coordinate the transport operations of the depot whilst being an integral member of the team to ensure full compliance of all driver and vehicle legislation and satisfying the needs of the customer and company.

The role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis and, if successful, you will be working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, from 18:00-06:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £51,000.00 (inc of night shift allowance) and 23 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
