Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is assisting a transport sector client in Uxbridge to hire a Transport Manager (Compliance). The role focuses on audits, FORS/compliance, driver management and fleet operations, working Monday to Friday in a supportive team.

You will oversee daily fleet operations, assist with audits, reporting, investigations and cost control, ensuring safe, efficient, compliant transport services and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience as Transport Manager with compliance/audit background.
• FORS accreditation or similar regulatory knowledge.
• Strong reporting and driver management skills.

Responsibilities

Transport Manager (Compliance)

Are you a Transport Manager with a background in compliance/Audits looking for a new role with an expanding business overseeing the compliance within the transport team in a Monday - Friday position within a tight-knit team?

This multi-disciplinary company provide a range Haulage services, They are currently expanding and opening a new divisions within the business and going their team to support their ever growing client base.

In this role you will support the Transport Management team with daily fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, compliance and driver management, ensuring maximum fleet availability and safe, cost-effective operations. You will also assist with audits, reporting, accident investigations and compliance.

This role would suit a transport manager with a background in compliance looking to join an expanding business, work closely with your peers in a management in a role to improve processes.

The Role
