Job Description

• Manage the entire logistics process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
• Utilise Paragon system to optimise routing and scheduling
• Implement Six Sigma methodologies to improve processes
• Maintain a high level of compliance with CPC regulations
• Lead, develop, and motivate the logistics team
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless operations
• Prepare and manage logistics budget
• Analyse and report on logistics performance metrics

The Successful Applicant

A successful Transport Manager should have:

• Proficiency in Paragon and Six Sigma methodologies is preferred but not essential
• A valid CPC qualification is essential
• Exceptional leadership and management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong knowledge of retail logistics processes and best practices
