Responsibilities:
As a Transport Manager, you will:

• Oversee and coordinate all transport activities to ensure efficient operations.
• Manage a team of transport administrators, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, adjusting achieve operational goals.
• Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure exceptional service and address any transport-related issues.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and maintain compliance with transport regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a transport or logistics management role.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
• A current full UK driving license is essential.
