Lineage is seeking an ambitious Transport Manager for its Hams Hall/Coleshill depot near Birmingham. You will own transport fleet compliance, lead planning and people, and drive improvements across safety, efficiency and profitability.
You will manage budgets, develop teams, and ensure high standards of customer service while promoting Lineage values and continuous improvement. A CPC is essential for the role; experience with telematics and route optimisation is preferred.

Our Hams Hall/Coleshill facility is looking for an ambitious Transport Manager who doesn't just want to manage transport operations - we're looking for someone who wants to make them better. You'll take ownership of legal compliance in line with o' licence stipulations, while leading our transport planning, people and drivers to deliver outstanding daily performance.

The successful candidate must have their own transport to get to our Hams Hall depot located at - Unit 7 Faraday Ave, Coleshill, Birmingham B46 1AL.
