Key Responsibilities
  1. Support internal departments, drivers, customers, and suppliers with transport planning.
  2. Organise and plan collections and deliveries professionally and confidently.
  3. Understand UK driving regulations and operator licensing requirements.
  4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including driver working time and tachograph regulations.
  5. Prioritise workloads and communicate effectively with drivers regarding rerouting, deliveries, and collections.
  6. Complete internal and external documents, transport movement orders, and driver documentation.
Candidate Requirements
  • Understanding of UK driving regulations and operator license requirements.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, driver working hours, and tachograph use.
  • Well-organised with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Effective communication skills for liaising with drivers and internal teams.
