Transport Fleet Administrator

Term-time 7 am - 3 pm, 40 weeks/year

Full-Time Equivalent Salary: GBP 23,500

Actual (pro rata): GBP 20,330

About the Role

Think FE is seeking a Transport Fleet Administrator to join an Ofsted-rated Good further education college in Northampton. You will support bus arrivals and departures to meet student and staff needs, handle queries, payments, refunds, and bookings. Your organisational skills will also be essential for fleet coordination, vehicle maintenance oversight, driver compliance checks, fuel ordering, and broader logistical support.
