Shift patterns: 2200-0600 (Any 5 out of 7 days rota)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Managing personnel including staffing levels, duty allocation, holidays, briefings, and handling disciplinary and grievance matters.
  • Building strong relationships with trade union representatives.
  • Investigating accidents, compiling reports, and recommending corrective actions.
  • Submitting accurate performance data and analysing servicing and expenditure.
  • Ensuring compliance with working time legislation, operator licensing, Health & Safety, and quality standards.
  • Planning maintenance, servicing, tyre management, and staffing requirements.
  • Liaising daily with both internal and external customers to ensure smooth operations.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Transport experience (beneficial but not essential).
  • A solid understanding of legal compliance and relevant legislation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities.
  • IT experience with systems such as Key2 and OMS 121.
  • A willingness to learn and grow within the role.
