Qualifications

• A degree in Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Chartered status or working towards (CIHT, ICE, TPS or equivalent).
• Proven experience in transport assessments, modelling and scheme development.
• Strong understanding of development planning and highway design principles.
• Experience producing transport statements, strategies and feasibility studies.
• Confidence leading technical delivery and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
