Overview

Transport Dispatcher - Grangemouth. Manpower is currently looking to recruit a Transport Dispatcher to join our client's busy team based in Grangemouth. This role is suited to someone with some experience in transport or logistics who wants to grow their skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Helping to plan and organise vehicle routes with drivers and the wider team
• Speaking with customers and dealing with any transport-related issues or complaints
• Ensuring all transport loads are recorded correctly and on time
• Working closely with the workshop and customer service teams
• Keeping systems up to date with driver feedback and other key information
• Supporting general site operations with safety and compliance processes

What We're Looking For

• Some experience working in transport, logistics, or a similar environment
• Good knowledge of driver hours and transport regulations (or willingness to learn)
• Confident using computers, especially Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and organisation skills
