Transport Customer Support Agent

Salary: £22,000 to £24,000 depending on experience

Type: Permanent

Location: Hybrid - Folkestone

As part of the Transport Department, the successful candidate will support the Transport Delivery Team by communicating directly with internal and external customers and maintaining journey data to ensure a first-class chauffeur-driven car service.

We operate in a hybrid model at Saga, combining remote work and office presence, primarily in Folkestone, typically three days a week. This setup fosters team growth, learning, and social interaction.

Main Responsibilities
  • Making outbound calls to confirm journey details and resolve potential issues
  • Handling inbound queries from customers and suppliers
  • Managing emails and updating systems with relevant information
  • Adjusting bookings and routing based on various factors
  • Communicating effectively with customers, drivers, and third-party providers
  • Supporting other transport functions as needed
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Ideal Candidate
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of UK road network and postcodes is desirable
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
