ADR Network is a leading recruitment agency in the logistics sector, partnering with top-tier companies like Royal Mail. We are currently recruiting for a Transport coordinator to support the busy daily operation of Royal Mail’s Transport office in Warrington.

Pay Rates:
Monday to Sunday: From £12.75 to £20.71 to per hour
All rates are PAYE, and holiday pay is accrued separately

As a Transport Coordinator, you will play a key role in the daily operation of the logistics team.

This will involve:
Control of vehicle allocation and return
Monitor and administrate agency driver attendance
Monitor and manage driver infringements and downloading of tachograph cards
Liaise with workshops regarding vehicle and trailer service plans
Control customers collection requirements and give instruction where required to drivers
Book in and out all vehicle arrivals/departures when covering the Gatehouse.
Monitor and manage vehicle flow in the yard, to ease congestion during busy periods

This role is regular ongoing work covering office sick leave, holidays and volume uplift. We offer a variety of shift patterns, Monday to Sunday on days, afternoons and nights, to suit your lifestyle – speak to us about what works for you.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a transport office or logistics environment is desirable
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment within a team
Good experience in administrative services and systems including Outlook and Excel
Accurate recording and data entry
