Job description

Job Title – Transport Coordinator – Art Sector

Job Location – Hertfordshire

Salary – £30k – £40k

Our client is recruiting a Transport Coordinator to join their rapidly growing team. You will be an integral part of their clerical department coordinating their growing fleet and working with their dedicated Art fair, Packing, Fabrication and Project Management teams to ensure the smooth running of both National and International projects.

Our client is an international logistics provider that offers bespoke solutions for art handling, installation and art transport. They are a trusted partner to leading artists, commercial galleries, collectors and public museums worldwide.

In the role you will be planning for 13 trucks, 15 vans and around 35 driver/technicians

Key Skills/Experience Needed:

  • Ideally come from a freight forwarding background for last 2-3 years minimum
  • Experience in routing and scheduling
  • Experience with new customs procedure since Brexit
  • Positive attitude a must
  • Customer focused as dealing with clients on a daily basis
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Able to work well as a team
  • Computer literate
