Bennett and Game are working alongside a logistics and courier company specializing in fast and reliable delivery services. The company offers a range of services, including parcel delivery, freight transportation, and express courier solutions for businesses and individuals. The business is currently looking for a Transport Co-ordinator at their site based in Birmingham.

Senior Network Transport Co-ordinator Job Overview

To support both internal and external stakeholders in providing an efficient and proactive service whilst maintaining excellent client service.

Responsibilities
  • Control delivery functions of circa 27 trucks
  • Answer incoming client and partner queries via telephone, email, and Nexus messaging promptly, to avoid escalation.
  • Liaise internally with warehouse, customer service team, and drivers.
  • Updating of system and reports in a timely manner.
  • General associated admin tasks and team support.
  • Monitoring driver performance systemically.
  • Review and update process periodically ensuring all colleagues are cross-trained.
  • Lead projects and subsequent roll out as required.
Job Requirements
  • Prior experience of working in a fast-paced pallet network environment.
  • Attention to detail, follow process through to natural conclusion.
Salary & Benefits
  • Working Hours - 07:00 - 15:30 or 08:00 to 16:30 - Lunch included
