Location: Peterborough - PE2 6XE
Work Pattern:
Monday-Friday. Day time hoursContract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, you will:

  • Working closely with our Transport services
  • Working with representatives from one of our premium car brand customers
  • Communicating daily with management and the customer over the phone, email and Microsoft Teams
  • Booking Vehicles in with on site Technicians and ensuring the relevant work is carried out in a timely manner
  • Monitoring progress with vehicles and providing daily updates.
  • Dealing with customer complaints and proving timely updates/resolutions
  • Liaising with internal teams

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

  • Previous Customer Service experience is essential
  • Previous Transport sector experience or Transport operations knowledge is desirable
  • Strong conflict management skills - able to deal with complaints
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent PC skills (Excel, Microsoft Office)
  • Experience within a transport environment is desirable, but not essential
