About The Role

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and resilient individual to join our team as a Transport Operations Support Administrator within our fast-paced Warehouse & Transport department. This role will provide accurate and efficient administrative/coordination support to ensure the safe and timely delivery of medication to Lloyds Clinical customers.

Shift Pattern: Based on-site at Harlow, Monday - Friday, 12.00 - 20.00 (flexibility is required). On-call rota every 1 in 4.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitating effective communication and actioning any tasks between various stakeholders, including drivers, customers, suppliers, and other internal departments.
  • Providing administrative assistance to managers, teams and other departments.
  • Collating accurate data entry and record-keeping in databases and spreadsheets.
  • Supporting and working closely with drivers (Patient Service Operatives) and arranging maintenance requirements for transport vehicles to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • You will be responsible for assisting managers, collating data, maintaining regulatory compliance for transport vehicles, and facilitating communication between all stakeholders involved.

About You

  • Previous experience in administrative support or coordination roles, ideally in a warehouse, transport logistics environment.
  • Be able to multitask, resilient and thrive on working in a fast-paced on-site environment.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar software.
  • Experience with data entry, record-keeping, and scheduling systems is preferred.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
