Transport Coordinator

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Transport Coordinator to join our team in Harlow, supporting our Transport Clicklink network. As a Transport Coordinator, you will ensure a smooth operation through effective housekeeping and organisation along with any other duties when required while meeting the required KPI/SLA’s for our customer.

This is a full time, permanent position, predominately working Monday to Friday, 09:00 till 17:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

1. Assist with general duties in the office when required
2. Brief and debrief of drivers, including reporting and investigating accidents and incidents
3. Contribute to site continuous improvement initiatives
4. Able to be multi-skilled across a variety of functions and contracts

What you need to succeed at GXO:

1. Knowledge of EU Driver Regulations would be advantageous
2. Drivers’ hours and WTD awareness
3. Ability to embrace change and adapt to a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment
