Transport Coordinator

Location: Coventry

Salary: £13.58 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 (37.5 hours per week)

Employment Type: Long-term, Ongoing work

We are recruiting a Transport Coordinator on behalf of our client, a large automotive logistics company based in Coventry. This role is key in managing customer relationships, handling queries, and ensuring smooth transportation operations.

The Role:

  1. Act as the main point of contact for a specific customer, understanding their requirements and resolving queries.

  2. Manage and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, and internal departments.

  3. Handle customer complaints and delivery issues professionally and efficiently.

  4. Update internal systems and databases, ensuring all interactions are recorded.

  5. General administration and additional duties as required.

  6. Travel may be required to Hinckley and Milton Keynes, so a full UK driving licence is essential.

  2. Full UK driving licence (essential).
