Transport Coordinator

Chichester

Permanent

£36,000 per annum

ARM have an exciting opportunity for a Transport Coordinator on a permanent basis, you will be

responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the efficient and timely transportation of goods or personnel.

The Role:

1. Overseeing the management of orders and loading plans into the system.
2. Handling proof of delivery and damage/loss claims.
3. Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving safety, service, and operational issues.
4. Ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time, whilst adhering to all driving rules and regulations.
5. Developing and optimizing transportation routes and schedules.
6. Coordinating with drivers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

1. Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Previous experience in HR Legislation, HR regulation and rules.
3. Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
4. Knowledge of transport management systems and regulatory requirements.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
