As a Transport Coordinator, you'll play a key role at the center of our operation, contributing to our customers' enjoyment of their favorite M&S food.

Our operation in Thornbury is looking for candidates who can commit to an any 4 out of 7 shift pattern, working 38 hours starting at 18:00.

What will you do & need?

You will brief and debrief drivers, act as the first point of contact for drivers, ensure legal license compliance, and focus on operational excellence including cost and service. Responsibilities include peak planning/delivery, customer care, route monitoring, escalation management, and administrative tasks related to payroll and holidays.

Ideal candidates will have experience in a busy transport environment, be PC literate (Word and Excel), and have great attention to detail.
