Are you looking to get into the world of Compliance? Perhaps you already work in Transport Compliance and are seeking a new challenge?

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Transport Compliance Administrator to join our team in Swindon, supporting our customer Iceland. You will be a key member of the Transport Office, responsible for supporting the Transport Compliance Manager in ensuring the effective and accurate compliance and maintenance of vehicles on a daily basis.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Driver briefing and debriefing in accordance with the compliance record
  • Support accident management where applicable
  • Ensure colleagues and contractors follow and understand the company's H&S Policy
  • Manage the Driver rota on a day-to-day basis

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Self-managing with good attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Experience with administrative duties in a previous role is desirable
